Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns
Products, once bought, cannot be returned. If a product is damaged like misprint, publishing errors etc, do email us at contact@thebookcase.in with details and photographs of the damaged book/s so our team can review and respond to you accordingly.
We do not accommodate exchanges of products.
Refunds
For damaged books which do not fall under transit damage, or orders placed on out-of-stock products, we will refund the amount to you (in full or in part, on the basis of the situation) in the form of a gift voucher, that will be redeemable on our website and in-store.
