Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are not able to accommodate any changes in delivery. You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions with shipping.
We do our best to pack books carefully to avoid damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during shipping by the courier or due to unforeseen circumstances. However, an unboxing video is a must if you wish to take it up with the courier.
If an order is returned to us as a result of a wrong address, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer, shipping charges will need to be paid again for the order to be resent.
